Mariah Carey's Timeless Christmas Anthem Re-Enters the Hot 100!

I've been a Mariah Carey fan for over 20 years now, and if I haven't learned anything else, I've learned one important thing. That important thing is to never count this woman out. She's always full of surprises and has proved countless times the reason why she will always remain at the top of music. 18 years ago when she sat down in the studio to write "All I Want For Christmas Is You", little did she know that she was writing a song that would live on for years and ultimately be hailed as "a holiday standard" as stated by Rolling Stone. Along with other classic Christmas songs like "Rockin around The Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee and "White Christmas" by Bing Crosby, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey remains an iconic composition worthy enough to be paired with the greats.

Aside from amazingly Re-Entering the Holiday song charts at #1 every year since it's inception, "All I Want.." has made yet another achievement to add to the list. Due to recent changes being made to the charting guidelines, the effervescent Holiday standard has Re-Entered the Billboard Hot 100 at #29. Since then, it has climbed up a few more spots and sits pretty at #25.

Due to the way the charting guidelines were written back in the 90's, the song was ineligible for inclusion on the Hot 100, but that has since changed. The new rules of the chart states should any song accumulate enough radio airplay, online streams and sales to crack the top 50 of the Hot 100, it will be eligible to chart. Guideline changes such as this made it possible for Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" to re-enter the charts and ultimately peak at #3, following her untimely passing back in February. One can only imagine how high "All I Want" will peak after all is said and done, but rest assure we are all happy for Mariah and celebrate the fact that real music is finding its way back to the public and to the charts where it belongs.

Mariah Carey Continues To Captivate At The Jimmy Fallon Show

Every year, Mariah Carey tries to find something new, fun and festive to do for the holidays. This year, she's been popping up unexpectedly at shows and giving stunning vocal performances in order to get everyone into the Christmas spirit. First, it was her performances at the Rockefeller center that had the world buzzing. Then came a surprise that shocked all. She showed up at the Jimmy Fallon show to give an acoustic performance of her iconic holiday standard "All I Want For Christmas Is You". All of the instruments used were found around a classroom and were played by The Roots and Jimmy Fallon himself. However, the real treat was the woman none other than Mariah Carey. Using absolutely no pre recorded vocals, microphone, or assistance of any kind, Mariah took us back to 1994 by belting every note of the happy holiday tune with just her raw vocals. If you had any doubts to whether or not Mariah Carey still had the chops to handle some of her most vocally powerful songs, then please proceed to slap yourself. Mariah Carey's voice was still in its full glorious form and probably made the lessor singers wanna consider retirement.

Mariah single handedly showed everyone how its done by never shying away from a high note and, as usual, tackling a high note with great ease and panache. It was truly something wonderful to hear. Mariah is the epitome of a masterful vocalist. It also appeared that I wasnt the only person who was bewitched by the brilliant performance because something awesome happened after the show. The vide,o which was shortly uploaded to Jimmy Fallon's youtube page after the performance managed to log a million views in just a single day. since then, It has amassed over 8 million views and counting. Poor Floptina's video of her performing "Your Body" at Jimmy Fallon has only managed to log a million views, and it's been uploaded since November. Mariah is capable of easily passing up another popular Jimmy Fallon video that features Carly Ray whoever the hell she is whose video has 12 million views. Anyways, dont miss out on seeing this simply amazing video of Mariah's impeccable vocals.

Watch one of the greatest singers of all time spread the holiday cheer with her heavenly voice by singing "All I Want For Christmas Is You".

Mariah Carey Shows Off Impeccable Vocals At The Rockefeller Center

Tis the season to be jolly, festive, loving, decorative and all that other good stuff! As youre decorating, be sure to pop in the boom box your Merry Christmas album by Mariah Carey! Whether it's her 1994 album Merry Christmas or her 2010 album Merry Christmas II U, I guarantee you that they will put you in the spirit! Recently, Ms. Carey stopped by the Rockefeller Center to spread some Christmas cheer and to shock the drawers off the audience due to the magnificent condition that her voice was in. Boy, was it ever in magnificent condition! Carey hit the stage with her blinged out microphone and festive outfits to perform a song from each Christmas album. First was the iconic Holiday standard written by herself, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" from her 1994 "Merry Christmas" album and the second was "Christmas Time Is In The Air Again" from her 2010 "Merry Christmas II You" album. The latter is one of the many gems from Mariah's second Christmas album that showcase the sheer beauty of her voice and is bound to make you feel good inside. Its undoubtedly one of my favorites from the album. During the show, Mariah quickly put all of the doubts aside that The power, fullness and one of a kind tone that captivated us over 20 years ago was still intact and ready to conquer. Mariah was arguably having a tougher time at the beginning of the year vocal wise, but as we all witnessed during Rockefeller, her magnificent voice never missed a beat. I truly think that the condition of Mariah's vocals depends on adequate rest and weather. After all, she's only human folks, she's not a jukebox. However, the bottom line is that Mariah Carey is the Queen of Christmas and she's got the heavenly festive vocals to get even the most bah humbug type in the mood! Go Mariah Carey!

Watch Mariah sing the hell out of "All I Want For Christmas Is You" Here:

Mariah also performed "Christmas Time Is In The Air Again from her second Christmas album. Check out the magnificent performance here:

Lady Caca Buys 55 Pieces of The King of Pop's Wardrobe

Well here's an exciting piece of news for today that's bound to make you feel nauseated! A couple of hours ago, Lady Caca posted on twitter that she will be stealing purchasing some of Michael Jackson's wardrobe. 55 pieces to be exact. She started off by posting a picture of someone wearing MJ's sacred legendary glittery glove holding a bidder's number. I'll give you one good guess of who it was, and one guess only. Now at this very moment, If something just compelled you to start shaking your head in disapproval and mumble "this ho right here..." to yourself, then you've successfully guessed it was the likes of Lady Caca! The picture was also attached to another picture of her looking like a damn idiot Holding what looks like catalogues of the prospective pieces of MJ's clothes that she was interested in purchasing. This is just...NO. Im not sure of what I'm disgusted with the most. The fact that The King of Pop's clothing is just being actioned off all willy-nilly, or the fact that Lady Caca is buying the hell out of The King of Pop's clothing. You just know this attention seeking ho is somehow gonna incorporate his wardrobe into hers! Oh wait! Never mind what I just said because Lady Caca soon after posted the following message above to assure us that MJ's wardrobe is in good hands and it will be taken care of.

Yeah friggin right, dude! You already know that this Crazy looking ass copy-n-paste queen is gonna be dressed up as MJ during her next era! Then followed by the inevitable backlash, she'll wear up and down that "I'm just so heavily inspired". You know, like another certain person who's famous for copying more things than a damn copy machine but we wont go there. I mean, why not? The ho dresses up as a MANdonna clone every chance she gets, so why not just just swag jack the hell out of Michael Jackson while she's at it? Have you ever seen Caca's choreography in her "Bad Romance" video? Pshh! Straight out of the damn "Thriller" video, folks!

Adele Sells 10 Million Copies of "21"

As if Adele wasn't already putting everyone in the record industry to shame enough with her broad range of accomplishments, she crossed yet another plateau this week. Her ridiculously successful sophomore album "21" has officially reached diamond status in the U.S.. For some of you that ride a short bus, diamond status is indicative of an album that has sold 10 million copies. The album in total has sold 10,020,000 copies. This is nothing short of  incredible considering 21 was released just last February of 2011 and has already went diamond. On the day of it's release, 21 debuted at number one with 352,000 copies sold within its first week and has since then remained in the top ten albums of the Billboard 200 for a staggering 80 friggin weeks. It spent 24 non-consecutive weeks at number one, the most ever for an album in the Nielson Soundscan era. The only other albums that have went diamond in a shorter time span were "No Strings Attached" by N Sync's in just 43 weeks after their release and last but certainly not least, "Millennium" by "Backstreet Boys" in just 39 weeks after their release. Boy Bands were doing it big back in the days, folks! 21 has been the best selling album for two years, selling 5.82 million copies during 2011 and 4.2 million copies this year.

21 impressively spawned three #1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100, namely being "Rolling In The Deep", "Someone Like You", and "Set Fire To The Rain". All of which have also went multi platinum during their presence on the charts. "Rolling in the deep" sold the most, with 7 million copies, "Someone Like You" with 5 million copies and "Set Fire To The Rain" with 4 million copies. "Rumour Has It", being the final single from 21 was top 20 but still managed to sell 2 million copies of itself. I would say that Adele was kicking ass and taking names in regards to the success of this album, but even that description wont suffice. The endless success this album has garnered is beyond phenomenal.

I've never been a fan of the Grammys due to the mass corruption of that entire committee, but just for the sake of Adele and her raw talent I will mention them. Adele amazingly won a total of 6 Grammys in one night, which were Best Pop Vocal Album for 21, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Short Form Music Video for "Rolling In The Deep", Best Pop Solo Performance for "Someone Like You", and of course the highly prestigious, yet controversial Album of the Year. For once in the Grammy's history, an artist wasnt cheated and was actually well-deserving.  Adele is an awesome singer-songwriter and Im so glad that her hard work and immense talent has been widely recongnized. I've been a fan of her's since her debut album 19. I find everything that she does truly inspiring, provided that we were born in the same year. It seems that not all of my generation were a bunch of fuck ups.

Watch a tearful Adele accept the Grammy for Album of the Year below:

Fist Brown Deletes His twitter AGAIN!

UH OH!! Looks like Fist Brown has went off on the deep end again, ya'll! He recently deleted his twitter after a heated exchange of words with some ho named Jenny Johnson. This child really needs some professional help STAT! He always gets butthurt over the most miniscule of things and I think that its just hilarious as hell! Its literally like a formula now: Someone says something bad about Fist Brown, Fist Brown goes on a psychotic twitter rant, Fist Brown deletes his twitter, Fist Brown uppercuts his computer screen! If he showed as much dedication with his music as he does in publicly making an ass out of himself, then maybe he wouldnt have a flop album at the moment that refuses to go gold!

All of this started after Fist posted a picture of himself on his twitter with the following remark:"I look old as fuck! I'm only 23...". Yeah, no shit, Sherlock! When we look up the meaning to the term "rode hard and put up wet", a picture of your face is right next to it, you dumb fuck! Anyways, this person named Jenny Johnson followed up with a comment on his photo that said: "I know! Being a worthless piece of shit can really age a person." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I dont know who this woman is, but that really made me laugh my ass off for some reason. Anyways, Fist Brown then responded with the following rebuttal that everyone should use on someone who pisses them off: "Take them teeth out when u Sucking my dick HOE". Then she said:"It's 'HO' not 'HOE' you ignorant fuck." Yeah, it gets more pathetic, folks. here's the transcript of the rest of this stupid ass meaningless argument in its entirety:

Fist Brown: I look old as fuck! I'm only 23...

Jenny Whatsherface: I know! Being a worthless piece of shit can really age a person.

Fist Brown: Take them teeth out when u Sucking my dick HOE

Jenny Whatsherface: It's 'HO' not 'HOE' you ignorant fuck.

Fist Brown: I should fart while ur giving me top.

Jenny Whatsherface: Your mom must be so proud of you

Fist Brown: Mom says hello... She told me not to shart in ur mouth, wanted me to shit right on the retina.

Jenny Whatsherface: YOU FLIRT!!!......Okay. I'm done. All I got from that exchange with Chris Brown is that he wants to shit and fart on me. I have zero respect for a person who seems unapologetic for the terrible crime he committed and shows no signs of changing.

Fist Brown: just ask Rihanna if she mad??????

Then, this unknown skank of whom I already cant remember the name of retweeted Fist Brown's last comment while adding "Get some help. Seriously"

Fist later on told his twitter followers: "To teambreezy... Know that I'm not upset. Just felt like entertaining the ignorance. These bitches crazy." Then he made hundreds of his pathetic fans go into seizures by deactivating his twitter account. There's a riot in a mental asylum somewhere. How the hell are you gonna turn into an immature hot ghetto mess on twitter, but then backpedal and say "Know that Im not upset"?? Could this guy get any more ridiculous?

Then came something that no one saw coming. Fist Brown's personal punching bag Rihanna inserted her own unwanted two cents by posting a photo of the timeline of comments along with the message:

"How does one find time? We gotta do better than this!!"

Oh really Rihanna? Now youre the immaculate star student and spokeswoman of the peer mediaton squad? You better shut up and get outta here before your man uppercuts your ass again! I guess she felt compelled to tweet that b.s. because that's her nigga, but whatever ho. Keep making your embarassingly stupid ass music. CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE!

Now its time for my two cents. I will begin by saying that this is utterly hilarious, yet sad and pathetic! Today we have realized that even people who dont exist can make Fist Brown angry and embarass himself by saying some of the most ratchet things that Ive ever heard. Fist Brown is about as immature as they come, but I will say this: I have never even heard of this Jenny Jackson or whatever her name is until today!!! She's not even worth me posting a picture of her to go in this article. Thats just how insignificant she is to me! To be honest, I couldnt even find any pictures of her irrelevant ass at all, so who is she to talk about someone?! My farts hold more worth than this bitch. Atleast my farts actually get people's attention even if the attention is only negative. If the worlds most used search engine of all time Google couldnt return any pictures of her ass, then that's saying something. How about you actually spend time trying to make a name for yourself instead of going at it with people younger than you on twitter? Youre not even worthy enough to be a wrinkle on Roseanne Barr's fat ass. Retire your sorry ass so called comedienne career immediately.

Now in regards to Fist Brown, he is a fucking Grade-A idiot!! He's no better than these random dumbass niggas that you would find on the street who pop off at every little thing under the sun. I would've asked her if she was Natalee Hollway or somebody and then went on about my business, or better yet I wouldn't have responded to her at all. You know why? Because I wouldnt have even known who she was but the most important reason is that it doesnt matter. Fist Brown needs to realize that he willingly gives the world reasons to dislike him when he does stupid stuff like this. This is yet another one of his countless tirades and life events that categorizes his personality as vulgar, immature and ratchet. Congratulations, Fist Brown. You have embarassed my generation once again as well as set us black people back a couple of years. I really hope that youre happy with yourself.

The End Is Nigh, Folks!

Did you year those horns? Its the horns we're prompted to hear that signal the end of the friggin world! You know why? Because Rihanna has scored another number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 with her latest single called "Diamonds"! This makes it her 12th number one single, thus tying her with MANdonna and The Supremes. She has now officially surpassed Whitney Houston's 11 number ones. Rihanna currently stands at 4th place amongst artists with the most number one singles. Others that have more are The King of Pop Michael Jackson with 13, Elvis Presley with 17, The Queen of Pop Mariah Carey with 18 and The Beatles with 20. Rihanna and Carey stand as the only active artists with the possible oppurtunity to surpass The Beatles.

So what does this mean, folks? Will Rihanna eventually surpass Michael, Mariah and The Beatles? In all honesty, its quite possible (I hope not) but I will tell you this: Provided the many different types of media that we have access to in this highly technological age, its easy as hell to acquire a number one single. All you basically need is popularity, good looks, Itunes, Youtube, the willingness and lack of dignity to sell yourself out and then BAM! You've got yourself a number one hit! Before the advent of Itunes, Youtube and piracy, people actually ventured out of their houses to the store to buy an album, or most commonly at that time a single. When people like Michael, Mariah and Whitney were on the scene, they worked hard as hell to promote their music. Live appearances, the radio and a music video were the only forms of media provided as a means of promotion. Itunes didnt exist and singles usually existed physically in the stores. Some still do now, but not nearly much compared to the 90's. If folks went out of their way to purchase your album or single back then, it really meant something, and that particular accomplishment of acquiring a number single was highly praised and respected among the music industry folks. You know why? Because actual EFFORT was required the entertainer to promote, and the masses to buy. Nowadays, all you have to do is open your itunes to buy a particular song, wait until it leaks, or watch it on youtube.

For someone who sounds like an amputee goat with a horrible case of  gastritis when she sings, I must say that Im shocked as hell that this horrible ass song reached number one. Ive previewed the Diamonds song, and admittedly I can only sit through 30 seconds of it before my ears start screaming "TURN THAT SHIT OFF"! I have tried numerous times to listen to it in its entirety, but I just cant. Its nowhere near number one single material, but yet most of the songs that have went to the summit in this day and age are shit. Gangam Style, anyone? Dont even get me started on that bullshit. Anyways, let me also remind you kids that Rihanna has already released yet another album this year called Unapoligetic. It was the follow-up to Talk That Talk which was released last year. She's appearantly following the Mariah formula by releasing and album every year and obviously wants to keep the momentum going for herself. I honestly thought that Talk That Talk being the sorry hunk of shit that it is would end her career, but I guess not. It appears that the public is still not tired of her ass, but I know for damn sure that I am.
