After plugging this album relentlessly despite about 4 push-backs, Brandy can Finally give herself a pat on the back...sort of. I honestly never believed that this album would ever see the light of day, you know sort of like the idea of Brandy's driver's license getting reinstated. Too soon? Oh well sue me because I dont give a damn! Te he he! Her latest effort "Two Eleven" debuted at #3 on the Billboard 200 with 65,000 copies. This is only slghtly less than Two Eleven's Predecessor "Human" released in 2008 that debuted with 73,000 copies, but at #15. At this point, you may be asking yourself "Hey, how did Human debut so low back in 2008 when it was only a slight 8,000 difference?? Shouldn't it have been top 3 like Two Eleven??" Well, the answer to that is NO! Record sales have been horrible for years now and are only getting progessively worse, mainly due to the advent of digital downloading and....wait for it.....PIRACY! Because to this phenomenon, the Billboard 200 had to be adjusted accordingly. The sad truth about it is that folks in this day and age would rather purchase one single of an album from itunes or just simply steal it from a peer to peer sites. If you think Im lying, head to your nearest best buy and head to the CD section. You will see that it has been significantly reduced and compressed. I dont know about anyone else, but I very seldomly purchase a single from an album. I would much rather prefer the physical copy of an album over the digital single, but that's just me. Many american's are already fat and lazy as fuck, so there's no use of making it even worse. Get off your lazy fat ass and buy an album sometime.
